James, who is 28 and lives in Manchester, will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth as well as the delivery and execution of Sharp’s North West business plan.
He brings with him a number of years experience in the recruitment industry, having previously worked for Hays Senior Finance managing its Liverpool office as well as recruiting all qualified, permanent appointments.
