The Sharp Consultancy Leeds team hosted a sushi-making evening in the centre of Leeds on Wednesday 2nd May 2007. Key players from a variety of business joined the Consultants, including HBOS, Ventura, UK Greetings, Kingston Communications, Baker Tilly, Hero Group, Clipper Group, Daniels Chilled Foods, Work Inc, and Key Capital Partners.
The evening commenced with Sushi Chef Simon demonstrating how the experts do it.
Jane Sergeant (Ventura) stole the show, when she volunteered to practice making a ‘Roto’, and did so with the skills to rival a professional!
Guests were then split into teams when the battle began to determine who would be judged the best sushi novice.
Victors of the evening were the team led by Ashley Crich, with Marcus Green (Kingston Communications), Kevin Vaux (UK Greetings), Adrian Smith (UK Greetings) and Mark Wood (Sharp Consultancy) all displaying it takes more than good looks to create the perfect California Roll.
